Our Journey
Our journey began over a decade ago, rooted in our extensive experience supporting hundreds of events. Over the years, we noticed an increasing problem: the event planning software available was often complicated and expensive.
Many programs included features that weren’t needed and imposed artificial restrictions, such as limits on guests, team members, or data fields, as well as a lack of personal support when it was needed. Subscription models also didn’t work well for single events.
The Next Step
With these challenges in mind, and throughout 2023 and 2024 we created Check-in Pax — a simple and efficient tool designed for event planners who want to streamline their processes.

How We Work
Fast, Secure & Thoughtful
We build our platform on the Amazon AWS Cloud using cutting-edge technology, providing a secure infrastructure that meets the compliance requirements of brands and enterprises hosting luxury and corporate events.
Before launching any new feature, we carefully evaluate every screen and click to determine if it’s truly necessary, if there’s a more efficient approach, and if tasks can be completed intuitively – without the need for help guides or lengthy articles.
We also allow you to test your event before finalizing it, giving you the opportunity to showcase it to your clients or team. Our test mode is your best friend in this process.
Finally, we offer a support package that lets you hire a tech assistant or digital expert to work with you, providing dedicated help for complex tasks or when you’re short on time and resources. We see it as our mission to be your reliable partner in event planning, helping you execute your events flawlessly.

Soft-Launch
Mid-2024: Soft Launch of Check-in Pax – Introducing guest list management, guest list importer, and the Check-in App to streamline event check-in.
2025
Launch of Check-in Pax
Official Go Live on January 7, 2025 – After six months of beta testing and successfully supporting a variety of events throughout 2024, we are excited to officially launch the Check-in Pax platform, including our intuitive no-code email builder.
