Billing Policy
We charge solely for individual event usage, allowing you to pay on a per-event basis. This means you only pay for the events you manage, with no monthly or annual subscription fees.
Unlike other event management platforms, we do not charge for additional users or team members, and there are no arbitrary limits on the number of guests you can invite or registrations you can accept for each event.
Additionally, there are no setup, implementation, or hidden fees with us either.

How does pricing work?
Pay per event, with two simple tiers:
Check-In Only: Check-in App, Guest Search, QR Code scanning & Name Badges
Check-In & Manage: Adds invitations, RSVPs, and email tools
No limits on guests*, team members, or devices!
*Fair usage policy applies. Contact us if you intend to use the system for more than 2500 guests.
Are there hidden fees?
No! Your event price includes everything: unlimited guests (fair usage policy applies), unlimited team members and logins, and support.
The Only extras: iPad and printer rentals, white glove service or on-site support.
Can I upgrade mid-event?
Yes! Upgrade your event anytime to add invitations or RSVPs, just let us know.
How do emails work?
Each Manage Tier event includes 3,000 emails for invitations, confirmations, and reminders. Need more? Email packs can be added at any time. Unused emails don’t roll over by default — but multi-event packages can carry them forward.
What if I need to cancel?
Get an event credit for unused events. Already started? We’ll prorate it fairly.
Why so generous guest limits?
Because events and plans change. Last-minute adds? More walk-ins than expected? We’ve got you covered.
