We charge solely for individual event usage, allowing you to pay on a per-event basis. This means you only pay for the events you manage, with no monthly or annual subscription fees.
Unlike other event management platforms, we do not charge for additional users or team members, and there are no arbitrary limits on the number of guests you can invite or registrations you can accept for each event.
Additionally, there are no setup, implementation, or hidden fees with us either.

What does the free trial include?
You can use Check-in Pax including all functionality for up to 20 guests during your free trial.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. For single events, purchases should be made online through Stripe. If you’re interested in event packages, we can also issue invoices for your convenience.
What should I do if my event needs to be postponed?
If your event needs to be postponed, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We can change the event date for you at no additional cost, provided that the app has not yet been used for event check-in. Simply reach out to us with your event details, and we’ll assist you in rescheduling.
Are there any limits on guests, users, and devices I can use? Are there any additional costs?
There are no limits on the number of guests you can upload, and you can invite an unlimited number of team members to help manage your event. Additionally, you can log in from any device, including iPads, phones, and laptops, without limitations. There are no additional costs associated with guests or team members; however, please review our pricing plans for any fees related to specific features or services.
What should I do if my event lasts longer than 8 days?
If your event extends beyond 8 days, please reach out to our support team. We can discuss your specific needs and create a customized package that fits the duration of your event.
Can I use my own registration system with your app for check-in and QR codes?
Yes, you can definitely use your own registration system! Our app is compatible with external QR codes, allowing for seamless check-in for your event guests.
I am organizing more than 10 events. Are there any discounts available for using the system?
Yes, we offer special pricing for organizers managing multiple events. Please contact our team at questions@checkinpax.com to discuss your needs, and we can create a tailored package that suits your requirements.
I have very strict data protection guidelines. Can I delete all my guest list data after the event?
Yes, we are fully aware that different events have different requirements. Check-in Pax allows you to delete all guest data from all servers 24 hours after your event. This process can not be reversed.
