Billing Policy
We charge solely for individual event usage, allowing you to pay on a per-event basis. This means you only pay for the events you manage, with no monthly or annual subscription fees.
Unlike other event management platforms, we do not charge for additional users or team members, and there are no arbitrary limits on the number of guests you can invite or registrations you can accept for each event.
Additionally, there are no setup, implementation, or hidden fees with us either.

How does pricing work?

Are there hidden fees?
No! Your event price includes everything: unlimited guests (fair usage policy applies), unlimited team members and logins, and support.
The Only extras: iPad and printer rentals, white glove service or on-site support.
Can I upgrade mid-event?
Yes! Upgrade your event anytime to add invitations or RSVPs, just let us know.
What if I need to cancel?
Get an event credit for unused events. Already started? We’ll prorate it fairly.
Why no guest limits?
Because events and plans change. Last-minute adds? More walk-ins than expected? We’ve got you covered.
