No. This is a premium tech concierge service specifically for the Check-in Pax platform. We become the experts on your team for everything related to registration, check-in, and attendee data management. We do not handle catering, venue booking, or décor.
How is this different from your standard customer support?
Standard support is reactive – you contact us with a problem. The White Glove Service is proactive and full-service. Your dedicated expert manages the entire process for you, from start to finish, preventing problems before they happen.
Is the service remote or on-site?
We offer both! Most configuration is done remotely. For live event management, your expert can support you remotely or be on-site, depending on your package and needs.
